A bit of new ACM news. Not too exciting but I know you die hard fans will take anything you can get.
We've never mixed "like a megaphone" or "this time" and we never actually owned the tapes that we recorded them on. The person who
did own them has been generous enough to give them to us. So I am going to try to mix those two
songs at my school Full Sail. These songs should be mixed just in time for the reunion tour. Stay tuned
... till then check out the Operation. They're from Philadelphia
and they know how to rock!

There is a new mp3 up of a song called "White Canvas". This is,
for now at least, the last recording of ACM with all three original members.
Our bassist Shawn has joined the Army. We recorded three songs a week
ago, "White Canvas" and two other acm classics that we have
never gotten good recordings of. The quality is the best
we've gotten on a four track. The remainging two songs will be finished
soon and put up in MP3 format. Aaron will be finishing the bass tracks
on the two songs Shawn didn't get to finish. We will hopefully
be releasing a cd of the last two studio songs and White Canvas.
June 1, 00
The recordings of two new songs titled "Like a Megaphone" and "This Time"
are complete. We will hopefully have these mixed in a few weeks.

Well a lot has happened lately. We placed second at Battle of the Bands.
We recorded some new material, and we're going to be on ACTV's "In the Groove"
on Tuesday at 8:30. The recording is only half done, but it sounds good so
far.
Apr. 12, 00
ACM will be playing at the Gettysburg "Battle of the Bands" this friday
(april 14). We are entered under the name Motlie Crew because I thought it
would be funny to here them announce that Motlie Crew is playing at the battle
of the bands. Also, we now have cd's to sell. They are $5 and the disc has
6 songs. email us at

The front page was re-done today
and some new pictures were added that Matt Anselmi took for
us.

We finished recording a song called
"Chernobyl" yesterday. This is our best recording to date. We used
a mini-moog on it. That's the kind of synthesizer that the Rentals
and Weezer use a lot. We're going back this weekend to finish "Gone
Awry".

We went back to the studio on the 27th
to record two new songs. They sound a lot better than the last recording.
We almost got bumped out of the studio by Drew Hill and Mia. Lucky
for us they canceled. We have to go back and finish vocals then the
songs will be complete.
Oct. 17, 99
We played a show at the Paxtonia Fire Hall today. It went well.
Not too many people were into the ACM sound though. All of the
other bands were punk rock bands, and ACM didn't quite fit in. Butt,
all in all it was a good day.

We went back to the studio this past Friday and re-mixed 2 of the 4 songs
we recorded. The new mixes sound a lot better. We also have a
show coming up at the Paxtonia Fire Hall on Sun. October 17.

We're making some ACM long sleeve t-shirts. If anyone wants one we're

We finished mixing the rest of the songs today. We now have a four
song demo (actually it doesn't sound like a demo, it sounds pretty
professional), ready to press. Check out the

BIG
NEWS!! We just
got back from Scheffield studios in maryland
(studio where sinbad, kix, radish, lillian
axe, and gwar have
recorded). We recorded
four songs, mixed one and are going back to mix the other three very soon.
Once all the songs are done we hope to get a label to distribute it.

There's a show tonight at the Rec Park. We will start playing between
5:30 and 6:00.

We have a show on June 12th at the Gettysburg Rec park ampitheatre.
Not sure what time we go on yet.

ACM recently won the battle of the bands
at GHS.
We're gonna take the prize money and hopefully go into the studio this
summer.
Meanwhile we are recording a demo tape ourselves using my
Fostex
FD-4.
